Electrofen is a family-owned and operated electric security fencing business, proudly built on more than 30 years of hands-on industry experience. At the core of our business is a genuine commitment to operate with honesty and integrity at all times.
Our story began when Bob started his own fencing company over three decades ago, growing it into a trusted family business known for quality workmanship and genuine relationships. His son Rob worked alongside him for many years coordinating all of the onsite works before stepping into ownership and carrying the business forward in his own right. While Electrofen operates today as a new entity, it continues the standards, values and craftsmanship Bob and Rob have been known for since the early 1990”s.
Based in Perth, Western Australia, we specialise in electric security fencing for industrial sites, councils and commercial properties, and have completed projects nationwide. Our services include new installations, scheduled servicing and maintenance, emergency repairs and callouts — all delivered by a fully licensed team that takes safety, reliability and your security seriously.
In 30 years of operation, we have never needed to advertise. Every job has come through word of mouth, repeat clients and referrals — a fact we consider the truest measure of our work. We've built lasting relationships with our suppliers and clients alike, and we treat every site as if it were our own. You get consistency and direct contacts when working with us.
When you choose Electrofen, you're choosing decades of expertise, a family that genuinely cares about the outcome, and a team that stands behind every electric perimeter security fence we install.
An electric perimeter security fence is a high-voltage, low-amperage security system designed to deter, detect, and alert you to any unauthorised entry attempt on your property.
Unlike standard fencing, it works on two levels — the visible presence of an electrified barrier discourages most intruders before they even try, while any contact with the fence instantly triggers an alarm, alerting you or your monitoring team in real time.
It's one of the most effective and reliable security solutions available for commercial and industrial sites, offering 24/7 protection without the blind spots that cameras and sensors can have.
